Meet Tracy Hammer.
Tracy A. Hammer, MBA, AACI, P.App. is an Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI, P.App.) and Principal of Hammer Appraisal Inc., with more than 10 years of professional real property appraisal experience. She has experience providing independent valuation services for a broad range of commercial properties, including retail, office, industrial, multi-family, special-purpose properties and complex going-concern assignments.
Tracy’s valuation expertise encompasses service for financing, financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, taxation, corporate planning, real estate disputes and expropriation/partial takings.
Prior to entering the appraisal profession, Tracy spent 20 years in executive business leadership within the construction, HVAC and renewable energy sectors. This extensive industry experience provides a distinctive understanding of building systems, construction and the building envelope, specifically as it relates to the factors that influence commercial property value.
She holds an MBA, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business, and an Executive Leadership Business Development credential from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
